Common Hoover wet/dry vacuum replacement parts and accessories

• Paper cartridge filter. The paper cartridge filter traps dust and dirt from exhaust air when you vacuum dry areas using your shop vacuum.
• Foam sleeve filter. Remove the paper cartridge filter and install the foam sleeve filter when vacuuming liquids with your shop vacuum.
• Caster wheel. The caster wheels attach to the feet on the shop vacuum and allow you to roll the shop vacuum where it's needed.
• Hose assembly. The hose assembly carries dirt or liquids from the attachment to the canister.

Emptying the canister on your Hoover wet/dry vacuum

• Unplug the power cord to disconnect electrical power.
• Release the catches at the top of the canister and remove the power head assembly from the top of the canister.
• To empty dry contents from the container, dump the dirt and dust into a proper waste disposal container.
• To empty liquids from the canister, position the canister so the drain hole is above an area where you intend to drain the canister then remove the drain cap. Tilt the canister up to empty all liquid from the drum. Dry the inside of the drum before storing the shop vacuum.
