Easy as changinging a toner cartridge

Eight screws, separate inner door from outer door. Weight outer door down, careful with the vent piece as it may detach. Pull old seal off guide, push new seal on guide and reassemble.

Super easy

Took a total of ten minutes to install and I'm far from a super handyman. Removed 6 screws lifted lid up slid out old seal, slid new one in. Would've been quicker but I dropped a screw and had to retrieve it.
