Great product, crappy shipping
Got the box of 4 blades (2 sets) all alone in a cardboard box. That had a very large hole at the end, should have been 4 blades and 2 nuts. No nuts.

Tricky choice
There are many mower blades out there at lower prices but all (that i found) them have a 5 pointed star spindle hole.My Sears mower has a 6 pointed star and Sears Direct seems to be the only sourse. I only learned this by ordering the wrong one once and almost a second time. It wound help if this distinction was added to the product info.

Good Experience
I had ordered some mower blades through another website, but after waiting for over two weeks for delivery, I canceled the order and ordered them from Sears Parts Direct online chat. The customer rep was very helpful and two days later I had the mower blades in hand. I would have given this transaction a 5 star rating if the sales rep hadn't tried to talk me into buying new windows and refrigerator filters.

The blades themselves are fine. The part description is misleading, or wrong, or a misunderstanding, or I don't know what, because you only get 1 blade, not 2, when you order this item.
