installing pulley bearings
as the bearings (two) both fit side by side on the same shaft, and they have a 'slip fit', it is extremely easy to replace them. the shaft has a threaded hole in the end for a bolt and washer, installing and tightening the bolt secures the bearings to the pulley shaft. make sure it is tight.
