Belt didn't fit
Even thought I ordered from Sears Parts Direct to ensure I got the right belt, it didn't fit. It was a good 3 inches shorter than the belt that came off. I ordered the part specified for my mower model number.

Wrong belt & size
I ordered belt based on model number of mower. The belt I received is so short will it not fit from main (crankshaft) pulley to transmission pulley. It could NEVER fit to idler pulleys. I had a local Ace Hardware store cross reference the belt, belt number, mower model number and they had no trouble at all coming up with a belt that fit. How can Sears "miss" their own part matching so badly?

Trying together a belt for a craftsman Tractor...this is the second time they sent the wrong part....the belt sent to Meis 1' short...and will not go on the tractor...SEARSPARTSDIRECT is a terrible company and if you can avoid doing business with them its highly recommended....
