Be sure you have the right part.

I had a qualified technician tell me this was the part that I needed to fix my problem (ice maker wouldn't dispense ice), so I ordered the part and installed it myself. The installation was easy, but it didn't fix the problem. Can I return the part?

The control board was pretty easy to install. A video specific to my refrigerator would have been helpful, but the install was still pretty easy. The board came much more quickly than promised and at a great price. Very happy with purchase.
