cannot get it right
This is the 3rd time that you have delivered the wrong part for my product I have waited on hold for countless hours to order, return, reorder, return attempt to order with no success after 3 months I finally found out the part I need is unavailable I was redirected to ebay or whereever I might be able to find this out of stock part that could have been told to me in March

Not exactly the same
It was easy to install of course, but the hinge side of the grill doesn't snug up tight to the microwave. I'm sure it will be fine, just worried it might fall out!

Easy for 74-year-old with a chair to stand on!!!!
Previous owner had not installed the part correctly and several small pieces had broken off. It is amazing that it was hanging on at all!! I had a little trouble getting the new part to fit back into the same place, but it is in solid by now!!! It only took me less than 5 minutes. The part is fine!

Took 2 minutes. Need 1 Phillips head screwdriver to loosen the nut on top of your appliance and tighten.
