Frustrated

I paid extra to have the blades delivered one week earlier and they arrived one week late. And to make matters worse, far worse, I was sent the wrong blades--I ordered "mulching" blades and received regular blades.

Mower blades looked up by model number

The parts diagram was wrong for my model number. It is a 42' deck mower and the parts diagram had a 46' deck listed and of course blades for a 46' deck. So the blades sent were completely wrong and too large

Wrong Parts Sent!!

Purchased several parts over the phone as we could not find correct serial number on riding mower to order online. All the parts sent are incorrect! No receipt, no order number, no packing slip, no email. How are we supposed to return this?!?

Wrong blade...need to return it.

Wrong blade. Could not install the blade as it was the wrong blade. Somehow, the number that was used to order the blade was misread when filling the order. Need to Cal. Customer service and reorder..

You will need a lift and impact wrench.

Easy install yes, Sears decided to get the old blades off you need a impact wrench ( $500 ), and a tractor lift. If you want Sears to do it, the wait is one month.

Strong, sharp, correct fit.

Easy. Hefty price but the blades are strong and sharp. I've already put them to the test. I've gotten good and bad from Sears parts online'from one star to five. This is the 5-star experience if you don't mind paying the hefty price.

Blades of Glory

Blades are never easy to install. You need a breaker bar to get the old ones off. But with that said it only took about an hour to do the job on my lawn tractor. The blades fit properly and came in short time after sears sent the wrong ones first.
