Wasn't broken, but wasn't packed like they said for $200

I received the part unbroken, unlike the last 2 I ordered from 2 other places prior. All sent FedEx. I called sears and spoke with Royalty about how I can be assured this part will not be broken. She told me they repack all the items and put fragile on the packing. All this for a shipping fee of $200. I received the box with no packing inside to protect the item and nothing marked fragile on the outside. So I spent $200 for a fedex shipment that I paid less than $40. Only difference in shipment was it wasn't broken.
