Easy to install
Hardest part was pulling the old wires off. I take pics before I remove parts so I know how to put it back together. Two mins to take off old part and replace.

Not easy to figure out how to install.
It was easy to get to the switch. The problem was the console. The tabs that hold the switch in position broke off. I used Duct tape to do the repair. Duct tape was not included in the repair kit.
