Even with the current difficulty in this country of geeting electronic parts, and the component on back order, Sears still got it shipped to me within a few days of the promised date. After receiving it, it was determined that the range needed more parts to repair, making it too costly to repair vs buying a new one. Sears made it easy to return the component and refund my cost for part. Even though I did not use it,part was an exact match manufacture item and will consider Sears for future needs.
