Easy to install
This was an easy repair and it was easy to find the broken part by looking at the diagrams. I have to admit that I viewed a YouTube videos on how to get the washer front panel off and then another on how to replace the part, but finding the part on your website was easy because of the labelled diagrams. Delivery was fast.

Replaced the lid lock
The washer wouldn't come on, when I opened the lid i heard something fall so we located the broken piece, figured out it was the part that locks the lid during the spin cycle, replaced it and it works great again_

Door switch not the problem
Yes this was easy to install. But the real issue is that the machine will not shift into spin after the wash cycle the tub will empty but it will not engage spin in automatic. In diagnostic mode when you select the correct setting for spin the unit operates correctly. I would like some diagnostic information on what I should replace. With covid-19 restrictions and a situation with my family I cannot allow a delivery into my house.
