Kenmore Elite Panel Replacement
Although this part replaced the original part, and they were the same all except one big difference. There were 2 tabs on the bottom of the unit, and there were no slots in the dishwasher door face for them to fit in, therefore preventing the panel to go back together. I had to cut them off in order to get the panel to fit correctly and the latch to work. Other than that it was fine.

Way overpriced for what it really is
I replaced this panel less than two years ago. To spend this much money on a wide piece of plastic with buttons is ridiculous - consider using the money toward a new one.
