Fixed Leak from Front Left Side
I had a leak from the bottom of my dishwasher door (mostly on the left side) and replaced the seal but that did not fix the issue. After searching some forums, I found another person with the same problem. That person removed the lower spray arm to diagnose the issue. After removing mine, no leaks! So I purchased this new spray arm and after install, no more leaks. Considering that my dishwasher is only 2 years old, I don't expect this part to last much longer than that, though. I'm hoping Whirlpool will release a better designed version before the next time I need to replace it. Only downside to this product is the cost - Pretty expensive for a piece of plastic that will likely break again in 2 years.

Sent wrong part
I ordered part # W10837249 which was the lower spray arm for our dishwasher. The part I received was the upper spray arm with part # W10491331. The packing slip even had the wrong part number. I am in the process of returning the part. There is no way to talk to anyone on the phone to ensure I get the correct part if I order it again.

Not the same as original
The part I received does not match the picture and the pictured part is the same as my original part. What was sent to me does not even come close to my original part I as returning this part for a refund.i will find and by the original style part elsewhere .
