Fixed the problem
Broil element in lower oven of my Maytag Gemini shattered. Fortunately Sears Parts Direct had the replacement part in stock. I was pleasantly surprised the part arrived earlier than was initially indicated. The part was easy to install, and took about 20 minutes. I also appreciated the how-to video.

Easy to install. Pre warning to unplug required!
Took nearly 30 minutes (after initial jolt)! Even though original was broken it still had juice flowing through it.
