Worked well in replacing broken stem.
We replaced a broken stem on our range oven control knob. Why it is plastic to start with is a mystery as all the other burners have metal stems

Although the piece is plastic it worked just fine, all the other knobs have a metal rod.

My oven works again. Only took a few minutes to switch out the broken piece for the new one. Super easy. Thanks for saving me hundreds of dollars in labor for an $8 part.

Never Again
Part was promised to ship 'that day' if ordered before 5 pm. Well, it didn't! Shipped days after and there were no storms, trucking, or other anomalies. Was promised a partial refund from CS agent'that didn't happen. Avoid this company! They don't keep promises.

Just What I Needed!
The stupid thing broke on our LG electric range, just two years after we bought it! Fortunately Sears Direct had the exact part that broke, so I ordered two and went about replacing the broken one. It was a bit of a labor-intensive task considering how small a party it is and how easy it is to replace once you can actually ACCESS the old one. It's just a little tough getting there by removing them from control panel and unclipping all the wires. But well worth the time and the $10 part to not have to pay an electrician at LEAST $150 to come out and do it!
