Washer Door Lock Switch 6601ER1004C

Part identifier helped to select correct part. Part came in about a week. A quick YouTube video search demonstrated two ways to install. I chose through the front by removing the retaining ring around the door seal. Part installed easy and works great! It took longer to put the retaining ring around the door seal then it did to install the part. Had an extra pair of hands, and a few flat head screw drivers, to help fit the retaining ring back on and I was in back in business.

I could access the switch by only removing the top panel. I did not have to takeoff the door in front panel. Easy to install.

Easy to install only took 5 min. Part was easy to install.

Took more time to get the control panel and door off than it did to install this door lock switch. Total time was less than 15 minutes.

I was doubtful before installing the replacement part. This was because it looked different from the original. After installing within less than 12 minutes, I was surprised that it worked better than the original. So far, no issues. We're just satisfied!

Viewed video of how to install and it was spot on. Took less than a half hour and washer works perfectly now.
