Very Positive Experience

I ordered the stator to repair our LG washer. The cross-reference to identify the correct part number was accurate, the part was in stock, the price was favorable, and shipping was prompt. It turned out that I needed only a new rotor and this part was ordered in (my) error. The return and refund process was also very easy.

Works as intended, tub spins easier

I installed the stator in about 10 minutes after pulling the machine away from the wall and disconnecting the power cord.
