Great Customer Service but some wrong parts.

This was one of the wrong parts. Two of the three items were the wrong item for my washing machine. However the agent was great to communicate with to find what I needed. I could not find the parts I needed but the agent was able to search where I could not. So from a interaction and customer service standpoint, the experience with your agent was a 5 stars. I am in the process right now to trying and correct the order.

Inner Bearing, Washing Machine

Arrived when expected. It fit very well. Installation went as expected. Put the machine back together and was doing a load of laundry in it a little later that day. A little pricey.

Not that hard

Pretty easy when you have YouTube to help with step by step videos. You will need basic tools and mechanical knowledge to complete. Took me three hours at a slow and steady pace.

Part is Great

Although I'm willing to take on unfamiliar jobs... Replacing the bearings and seal in my front load LG washer was a stretch for me. The parts came in just fine. As far as I can tell they are of superior quality. I only had three screws left over after the job, so I think everything was a success, especially as the washing machine is working fine now.
