Fire the SOB !
I cancelled this order on June 27th. Your customer Service representative was a " Sh t for Brains Camel Jockey" and did not do his job and cancel this order. I am not happy and you shouldn't be either.

Install was not difficult.
Install was about 20 minutes. It would have been better to have instructions as The cable could have been threaded behind battery and through clamps to connect to throttle wheel before trying to install handle. Also, turning the handle paddle to cup upward to insert it into slot. I figured it out, but illustration would be good.
