This walking belt (part number 403798) is for treadmills.
Walking belt 403798 rotates around the walking board and is the surface that you walk on when using the treadmill. Lubricate belt and walking board with silicone belt lubricant when installing the walking belt.
Unplug the treadmill before installing this part. Wear work gloves to protect your hands.

Easy for a DIY'er
I watched a Youtube movie for a similar treadmill and almost all of the steps to replace the walking belt on my wife's treadmill were the same. For Gawd's Sake make sure to pull the key and the power cord before removing the screws on the motor cover; I accidentally touched both a screw and a metal chassis tube and shorted out the control module. Thankfully my wife had a spare one (of all things to have) and it came with good instructions and worked. She is now back on her treadmill, working on mile 7600.
