Aluminum Grease Filters for Range Hood

The parts came in as a pack of 2. The main thing when you order these aluminum filters is to give the exact dimensions of the filter (length x width) to the sales person! As time goes by (after 10 years...), the part # might be changed, but the dimensions won't! This will save you time and $ to return the wrong part and reorder the right one!

Range Hood filters returned to Sears three times.

I strongly suspect that the size may be wrong in the computer system, I need the 30 by 36 inches. Previously received the 30 by 44 inches three times ( and this doesn't fit ) My also I had not received the credit into my account. I can't believe that the company keeps doing the same mistakes over and over again without correcting the problem.
