Not thrilled with the customer service
Two things were wrong. I stayed on the phone with the first guy and asked him three times if the part he was telling was it was on the motor or the heating element assembly. He answered motor all three times. I went back myself and determined he was wrong after I received the email showing the parts ordered. I then called same day to cancel the order and get just the harness. The new girl said the last order has been cancelled and your new order will be all you get....just the harness. This was a good thing....but then then I was delivered both orders. Now I have to return items I had cancelled. It will probably cost me something and I feel it was a mistake on Sears Direct customer service's end. She said she cancelled that first order. Did the part fix the problem...yes. I was very pleased with the part and the timeliness of the delivery well the one I wanted...but when you call to return its 100% automated.
