Charcoal filter
Replacing part not a problem. Remove the grill, take out the old filter and install the new one. Also, ordering the part was simple and easy. Receipt was timely.

Microwave filter
When purchasing the Kenmore microwave oven check and make sure it has a filter. Mine did not have one. Filter very expensive. Easy to install.

Microwave Replacement Filter Bent and Dented.
Filter was not packed properly for shipping. Clearly the very thin aluminim frame was dented and beny in several places.

Filter frame was bent
I'm disappointed in the packaging of the product. The metal frame of the filter was bent when it was delivered. I was going to return but found I was able to install it still.

Damaged
The charcoal filter came in padded envelope. The filter got bent in transit. Managed to bend and install but there is a dent in the metal. Would be safer to ship in cardboard box instead of padded envelope.
