This was nothing like the original snack draw the color was like a tint not clear as you will see I. The attached picture ordered twice and same problem

Kenmore drawer replacement for Refrigerator
0rdered bin for inside Refrigerator told not aval any more but sent me to another apartment spent 140 for a crisper drawer that took 45 days and then looks used and diff will not fit Spent a hr on phone all they wanted to do was send me around to others..RETURN shipping lable to send back no reason why i waited so long for part that you cant get any longer Have to buy a new fridg to get a crisper drawer WONT BE A KENMORE ELITE

Deceptive online ordering process
My 1st online order via the website was unsuccessful and the support agent assured us the transaction had not completed and this order was cancelled. I re-order the parts in a separate transaction and one week later parts start arriving and the initial cancelled transaction has been deducted from our bank account. We are now double billed and over budget. Vendor tracking numbers emailed to us do not match the numbers on the labels for the boxes shipped. Very disorganized processed using their website.

replacement tray
The part was the right one and it fit great, however buying the part was just weird , made the online purchase but next I had to make a phone call to verify its was me and have the right part. It took three phone calls to get right ! what a pain.

Great refrigerator door
Words cannot adequately describe what a great replacement drawer this is for my refrigerator. So glad Sears asked me to comment on it. My only complaint is the very large box of foam packing that I am now forced to get rid of.
