Took months to arrive.
Ordered months ago so I canceled the order with a service representative called Ann. Because they didn't know when the part will be available since it's backordered. Waited for my refund, never received refund then all the sudden the part shows up. Was so fed up with their customer service that I never installed the part and now looking for a different washer, anything other then Sears.
