Quick easy install
Lid lock malfunction on my washer. Ordered the part. Shipping took longer than expected and customer services could only tell me they were having technical issue with their website. Zero help. Part finally arrived has it installed in about 20 minutes. Probably would've been faster had I had been prepared with the right tools from the start. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchased as I didn't have to buy a whole new washer.

No power to washer when pressing on button
Was advised to by technician to purchase an incorrect part. Repairman stated it was the control board not the lid lock switch. Trying to return the switch.
