Remove all shelves from interior door panel. Then unscrew top hinge from refrigerator and lift door off bottom hinge. Remove front handle and handle screws from door and lay door down on flat surface. Remove interior door panel by removing all screws around gasket. Using a battery powered screw gun here will save a ton of time. If possible, leave gasket on interior panel during and after removal. Lay new door panel on flat surface and attach old interior door panel and door gasket, making sure gasket is secured behind lip of interior panel. Set door back on bottom hinge of refrigerator and line-up and reattach top hinge. Once door is secure, check to make sure gasket is sealing properly when door is closed and screw-in door handle screws through openings in new door front. Reattach handle and tighten with Allen wrench. Replace shelves on interior panel. Finally, peel off protective film from door panel. For me, this was the most frustrating part... that stuff did NOT want to be removed. This process should take about an hour for an average DIY person. It's a good idea to have a helper available when re-hanging door on hinges. It's possible to do alone, but much easier with a helper.
