Wheels that fail

The deck wheels keep coming loose no matter what kind nuts I install them with. The wheels also gouge the ground when turning but that's due to no caster. The design is wrong but I have to keep buying these parts to replace the ones that fall off. I even check the tightness every time I use this lawn tractor. I paid a lot of money for this so called zero turn lawn tractor and now I have to pay more money for these parts that fail.
