You definitely should take the deck off first. Then it is fairly easy but in a bit of a restricted area.

not thhatg easy
you charged to much to ship it about 13.00 you could have put in the mail for half the price better yet shipped for o like everyone else got it installed lasted 10 min before in came apart the ball separated so after spending 50 bucks not real happy
