Almost perfect
The door hinge assembly required that there were two new holes be drilled to accomodate the hinge mechanism that our LG machine had. A slight change, but necessary and it was not a big problem. Otherwise the installation was a perfect fit and it looks like new. I am glad you had the part.

Somewhat easy to install
First thing I did before ordering the part I went to YouTube and found the removal and installation instructions for LG front load washer. Video was comprehensive and easy to understand. I changed the front panel because my old one was rusting real bad below the detergent dispenser. After I got it off I discovered the hidden panel behind it was rusted also. Sanded off the old rust and then primed and painted it. Just the six inches on the left side that needed it. Installing the front panel was a piece of cake. What took the majority of the time was the swapping washer door and putting the ring on the rubber seal. Recommend you purchase that special pliers needed to make it easier to install. I didn't have one and it was a real challenge.
