Wrong part shipped 3 times!
I ordered a microwave rack support clip, which was supposed to be white. No color choice was offered, the color pictured was white, and since this part supposedly was the proper replacement part for the model of my white interior Kenmore microwave oven, I should have received the proper white replacement clip. Even though the ordered part # was the same as the part # on the bag received, the clip inside the bag was not the proper part: it was black instead of white. After the receipt of 3 shipments, I have now received 3 black clips. Each time I was told that I would receive a white clip. A human being supposedly looked at this part before shipping it the 2nd and 3rd time, but that didn't happen. We have established 3 times now that a bag with part #4930W1A069A on it will have a black clip inside, not the white clip that should be inside it according to your online order system. It's time for human intervention to correct your problem with this inventory item.

Microwave rack holder
Received part but it was to big for the opening after I removed the old broken hanger and it's orientation was wrong for the rack. I didn't use the part, due to its size being to large for the opening.

Shelf clips
Only took about 15 minutes. Clips were easy to install..... the old clips were dirty and a lil harder to remove
