It was shipped in an envelope with nothing to keep its shape. Was completely bent and unusable. Called service and they sent out a new one, and this one was not only bent in half but edges all crooked. I'm trying to straighten it with weights. It will not fit into the mountings under microwave. If they can't ship this with confidence of safe delivery maybe they should not advertise this.
