Terrible customer service
Will never use Sears again . After waiting five acknowledged the cancel but the next day they shipped the order which by their terms negated me returning the items so after finding the parts elsewhere for less money and received those parts first now I'm stuck with extra parts. Very upsetting!

Thin washer/spacer
It was easy to install but it was too thin. Double the thickness would have been better. I had to add an extra washer/spacer to make the repair.

Not necessary unless for center rear discharge
Not necessary unless you have a center rear discharge mower. Old style mandrel needed this spacer. New style has integrated spacer. If you have center rear discharge you will need to use this spacer with the integrated spacer on the new mandrel.
