As expected with nice surprises.
The motor-auger arrived and was exactly what I was expecting. It was delivered almost one week earlier than the original expected shipping date, which was a pleasant surprise. Included inside the box was a return shipping label which was also a nice surprise and great customer service. I would purchase from Sears Parts Direct again.
