Reviews

it worked
August 14, 2023

Replacement part worked fine, Watch out at checkout ended up getting billed and receiving two sets of the parts I needed. Not cost efficient to send back.

This was great and was easy to install. It allowed me to extend the life of my dryer and not have to just go buy new. Having parts available to repair these items makes people appreciate the service

Good part, quality still there.

So glad to have this part to repair my dryer, and glad companies like this are still carrying them. I was lucky to have a number of videos on you tube that had my dryer to help me make the rapair step by step. Each one has something necessary to offer.

Fairly easy
January 30, 2022

For me the hardest part was threading the OLD screws through the 3 holes on the main metal part. Luckily my son was giving me a hand or I would have had to get a strong neighbor to help. For me, the installation video was invaluable. The process wasn't hard but it did take a little more strength than I anticipated. I'd definitely do it again if I needed to.

Solved the squealing problem
March 16, 2021

A bit more difficult to remove the drum than expected. Videos indicated you could use the belt and just pull up on the drum to remove it. It did not release no matter how much pull was exerted. Solved it by removing the screws to separate the drum from the bearing and once the drum was out of the way hammered up on the bearing to remove it from the retainer.
