Just clean old glue off and replace let dry according to instruction.

So when I bought this piece of felt I was under the impression that it would be long enough to cover all the necessary square inches and be able to cover the entire drum. It covered about a quarter of the drum, so I had to purchase 3 more. Which lengthened the repair time. There is plenty of glue included for the job. One tube per piece, and one tube will secure 2.5 felt pieces. The plastic part it slides on is also sold as a half piece, so you have to buy 2, not 1. Just giving you a heads up.
