Purchase Circuit Board for Refrigerator
This part was needed in the U.S. Virgin Islands and most companies that had the part did not ship to the Virgin Islands. Sears did ship there and I received the part on the second business day. This was faster than other companies and the part was the cheapest offered of any competitor also. Great service.

Sears and product
After 2 weeks of installation my fridge started to warm up and the freezer started melting. My husband noticed when we received the package it wasn't in original bubble packed. When I called the company they told me ( it might of been refurbished ) when they told me it's brand new. Everything in my fridge went bad and have to wait 4 days to receive another part . I'm so done with kenmore products and sears.

Frustrated consumer
I m frustrated because i bought all the parts to fix the interior lighting and still not working. The appliance man said it is a defective wiring when being built. I got a lemon. I bought it in 2017. I shouldnt be having this issue i wish u would replace or give me credit for a new one
