Forget The Repairman
Took 10 minutes. My refrigerator was freezing my food. After two visits by a Sears repairman who replaced the temperature sensor and proclaimed it fixed - it wasn't - I looked online and removed the damper and discovered that the baffle had become disconnected in the fully open position. I ordered a replacement and mostly taped up the opening so the refrigerator was cold but not freezing. Anyway all fixed.
