Wrong part!

Well to start off I told the guy via chat it was the wrong part and he assured me that it was indeed the correct part. Well i got the part and like I told him it wasn't right, now I'm stuck with a useless part. I would"ve given this experience a minus one but it won't let me.

Missing Spring

The package was missing one of the springs. If you could send me the other spring that would be great

Missing piece in shipment

I ordered two small springs and associated cotter pins for installation on my weed wacker. The shipment was missing one of the cotter pins. This despite me paying $8 for a $3 part package.

Difficult to figure out the directions

The directions and especially the photos on the sheet were very poor. Could not distinguish the parts and how they were installed on trimmer. Took some time to figure it it out on my own but got it done. Also very disappointing they are so poorly made. Would think they could be better made of metal rather than the plastic.

Very easy to install!

Only took 15min to put in and I was able to us my weed wacker again.

Exact part that I needed

This part is fragile so keep extras. Always replace both to minimize down time. You can not get these at your lawn mower shops

Easy to Install with a lot of intuitiveness

The pictures on the instruction sheet are a total waste of time too dark to make anything out in the pictures USELESS!! Use you imagination regarding the assembly of the pawl on the fan.
