Not easy to install. The part, however, is good.

It took hours and hours of time to get the snow blower back together. I had to remove the impeller which is on the shaft that drives the worm gear. It took two people to get it back together. One nut was extremely difficult to remove on this 2003 model. Getting the impeller shaft through the bearing took quite a while.In the end we were successful. I'm not sure I would ever do this again.
