Horrible

The part was on backorder, so after finding out somewhere else I called and cancelled my order. I actually called twice. Both "customer services"people assured me I would receive a refund. So far no refund. I then called a third time (my time is valuable) and again requested a refund. This person assured me it would be here in 3 business days. NOPE SO I PAID ALMOST $20 for a key that I don't need, that they weren't supposed to send. I think this while operation is a scam! 😡
