Not a handyman, and I got it done!
Part was a perfect fit. Pretty easy to replace. Getting to it was the most annoying part really. But aside from one or two bolts. They did a really good design on the unit as far as accessibility is concerned. You need a 38mm socket and an impact drill to get that bad boy off. I cant imagine trying to get it off by hand although I'm sure it's possible.

LG washer replacement clutch/tub bearing
The part fit my LG washer and works perfectly. The Sears website is a great help to find the right part for your washer. Youtube has excellent repair videos to help guide you through the repair.

Quality and easy to install
A new washer costs over $1000, the repairman costs hundreds to just show up. With YouTube as a guide most DIY'ers can do this repair. The only special tool you may not have is an impact drill to remove the nut that holds the drum in. Borrow one or go to HarborFreight. Even after buying the impact drill I was still in for less than $250.
