The compressor was fine. However, your computer system does notify your sales people that the customer has to order a software rewriter. Those instructions are in the compressor box. LG CJT30000002 Sw Rewriter. And unfortunately, the instruction papers called the Software rewrite a JIG and when I called PartsDirect, they could not help me.
