It was time to replace my hoses...
I bought new hoses to replace the original ones, as part of our move to a new house. So, I ordered two hoses, but when the package first arrived there was only one hose, although the label on the shipping package indicated there were two. I called customer service, explained the problem, and was immediately shipped a second hose at no cost to me. Thank you!
