I paid Sears and keep getting billed by your repair team. I called my bank, check has cashed. Frig could not be repaired. Returned the parts but has not been put back on my card

Wrong Part Sent
I told the repairman I would order the two parts needed for the repair of our refrigerator. I called Sears Parts Direct, gave them the model number of the refrigerator. About ten days later, the parts arrived and I called the repairman to install them. The defrost sensor worked. The control board assembly bore no resemblance to the factory installed part. My repairman was not happy as he had made a useless trip. I called Sears Parts Direct who was very understanding. They agreed I had been sent the wrong part and immediately sent me a replacement board which arrived 10 days later. I again called the repairman who promptly arrived and installed the right part. The repairman charged us an extra $50 for the second trip. Great job Sears. I didn't need that $50.
