snap one out and snap the new one in . its that simple once you get the 2 screws out undo the door safety switch connector an tilt the panel forward a little and lift and put aside but not to far cause the parts really do snap out and in. 20 mins tops. 5/16 nut driver and small screwdriver to loosen connector with. simple.
