Fit perfectly and works great
At first I was trying to find the leak and could not find it, somewhere there must of been a pinhole leak. I called Sears and found out they had the complete part. The part they sent was fully assembled and ready to install. After removing the old part using hints from the service manual the new part was relatively easy to install and we now have water and Ice again.

The part was perfect, the installation was not
The part was perfect but the part was challenging to install. The biggest problem is that there is no free website videos or instruction manuals. The part itself is fairly straightforward, however there are four separate hoses that you need to remove and then need to be reinstalled. Note; The water dispenser line requires that you also dismantle the top cap. Hidden underneath the top cap you will find the use for the mysterious inline connector. Overall it took this novice about 90 - 120 minutes. But the part was a perfect match and well priced from Sears Parts Direct and now there is no more leaking water or ice buildup in the middle drawer. This is the third or fourth major problem that I have had to make on this very expensive refrigerator. It is going to be very difficult to ever purchase another Samsung...
