Customer service gave wrong information on what is in the package. Later when I tried to complain on this and wanted to talk to supervisor and waited 10+ minute without any luck.

Easy to install
Disappointed that the shock absorber did not come with the pins. Other suppliers showed new pins with the shocks. I had to use the old pins. Also the barrel size of the shock is not the the same as the old shocks. These replacements are smaller. They are not OEM shocks.

Shocks for LG Washer
Parts fit perfect. LG needs to improve the design the counterbalane. Loose parts caused shocks to wear prematurely.

They are great parts for washer tub stabilation.
Being a disabled retiree I hired a local appliance repairman and the installation was completed in about 35 minutes. It now works as well a brand new washer.
