Very easily to switch out control panel.
Turn off power, open door, remove 6 screws, take panel out, remove door lock and unplug control board, swap into new panel, align in opening, reinstall six screws, close door, turn power back on, select wash cycle button and start dishwasher. If it starts with a drain cycle and then starts wash cycle Life is great again. Go set down and enjoy yourself.

Easy to replace
The troubleshooting instructions installed behind the kick plate of the dishwasher worked perfectly for identifying that the issue was the control panel rather than the control board (mother board). The hardest part was figuring out how do slide the control panel ribbon off of the pins to disconnect it. Finding the part we needed and installation of the new part was super simple

Easy to install.
Hopefully lasts longer than the original part did. But very glad to keep the whole machine instead of land filling it because of failing computer part. Just unscrew the back of the door, plug in new part, put the door panel back on. Easy.

Dishwasher control panel
It was easy to install. However, the part quality is is extremely poor. The dish washer is 8yrs old and this the 4th control panel. Part costs almost exceed the original cost of the dishwasher. Had I not done the work, technician costs would have been $1,200 to $1,500.00. The last control panel lasted 6 months and all the parts people could offer is an apology. They need to provide better manufacture.

I googled on how to install this part. I did not find this exact model part, but I watched a guy install a similar part that helped. I think a written instruction sheet would help.
